Just finish working at Canadian :D today customer was friendly lucky din have any fierce one but overheard Wei-jie customer on the phone like damn fierce like tt.. before going to work went to J.C Complex to look for curtains with Mum,sis &Lorna ... & we went into a curtain shop & the curtain cuz us a fortune $XXXX.XXX . shall not deliberate on that anymore..
yesterday-
oh about yesterday tuna!!! ok so here I was working & all of the sudden the phone rang & I answered and she ordered & she said she want Super Cheese Pizza & I type down... later she said she want vegetarian Pizza & I told her Garden Veggie & she said ok.. later I recommended her another vegetarian pizza Popeye's Favourite and she said oh ok.... & I assume that she want the first two pizza she ordered so I repeat that 2 pizza again & all of the sudden she shouted ' I SAID I WANTED THE 2 VEGETARIAN RIGHT' and I said in a harsh tone : but u din say u don want the super cheese pizza right.... then later I corrected it after that she asked where is our outlet as she want to T/A from there... and I said east coast rd and she shouted 'I KNOW E.C.R BUT WHICH PART' & I just transfer the call to another operator -.- damn angry at that time ppl first day work there expect me to know where ... not only that after when she come to the outlet she complain again... gave her a bu shuang look after that just look away from her.... next time when she call must put a remark on her. seriously.
been missing lots of gym session!!!!! so have to make up for all those time!!!!
